- Ability to capture movement, emotion, and atmosphere — not only static posed shots
- Own professional camera equipment suitable for event photography
- Fast turnaround — edited gallery delivered within 48 hours of the event
- Professional and discreet presence at events — you work around guests, not through them
- Conversational English
- Based in Tbilisi or available there regularly
Strong Advantage
- Experience shooting live music performances or nightlife in low-light venues
- Understanding of dark, moody, high-contrast editing styles
- Portfolio that includes both wide atmospheric shots and tight close-up performance moments
- Experience delivering images for brand or agency use, not only personal client galleries
- Short video reels or behind-the-scenes clips as an additional skill
Visual Style We Are Looking For
HFE’s brand aesthetic is dark, premium, and electric. We are not looking for bright editorial photography or heavily filtered Instagram styles. We need images that feel atmospheric — deep shadows, sharp focus on the performer, volt-green or warm stage lighting used intentionally. If your portfolio tends toward clean, bright, natural-light work, this may not be the right fit. If it tends toward mood and drama, we want to see it.
What We Offer
- Competitive per-event rate — discussed at interview stage
- Growing event calendar as the agency scales across multiple act types and venues
- Your work featured on a premium brand platform — website, social media, marketing materials
- Full event logistics handled — you arrive, shoot, and deliver. No coordination burden on you
- Credit and portfolio rights for all images delivered
A confidentiality agreement is part of our onboarding before the full concept is shared. The events you photograph, the clients present, and the business details you observe remain strictly private.
