Each act has its own identity, its own musical language, and its own audience for corporate events, weddings, private celebrations, and luxury experiences. Our performances are curated, rehearsed, and consistent.
DJ Premium Live Entertainment
What This Role Is
You will be the musical foundation of a named HFE Team. You perform alongside a live musician not as background music. It’s an equal creative partner within a structured, rehearsed format.
Every performance is prepared in advance through rehearsal. The result is a product that neither a DJ nor a musician alone could offer.
This is a freelance per-event role. You are paid per performance. As the agency grows your bookings grow with it.
Live Musician Premium Entertainment
What This Role Is
You will perform as part of a named HFE Team alongside a DJ. Your role is to bring warmth, expression, and human presence to an electronic foundation.
You are not improvising freely you are performing within a rehearsed framework that has been designed to work at premium events. Rehearsals happen before every new collaboration. Preparation is part of the job.
This is a freelance per-event role. You are paid per performance.
Local Operations Manager
What This Role Is
You will run the day-to-day operations of HFE in Georgia Tbilisi. This means managing client relationships, coordinating artists, handling bookings, and building the agency’s local network.
You are trusted to execute independently and handle the ground-level reality of every event without needing approval for every detail.
This is a full-time role with a fixed monthly salary plus a performance bonus tied to monthly event volume. As HFE grows in Tbilisi and beyond, this role grows with it
Event Photographer Premium Live
What This Role Is
You will photograph HFE Team in performance capturing the energy, the atmosphere, and the visual story of each event.
Your images serve two purposes: delivering memories to the client, and building the visual library that represents HFE across its website, social media, and marketing materials.
This is a freelance per-event role. You are paid per performance. The right photographer will grow with us as the agency scales and events increase
